This workshop will explore the wonders of fermented food using seasonal local produce.It is a hands-on practical course where you get to have a go making your own delicious ferments which you will be able to take home.
This beautiful woodland setting is the perfect location to learn more about this ancient art relax and have fun learning a new skill. We will enjoy a walk through the woodland and utilise the outdoor kitchen.
As a nutritionist I will discuss the health benefits of this delicious food as well as exploring the Gut Microbiome and why it is so important to our health.
