About this Event
Woodhouse is back with another great lineup of comedians as well, this months lineup features Donovan Robertson, Kathy Guest, and Headliner Jeremy Talamantes
Donovan Robertson is a Los Angeles native based in the Bay Area. He did his first open mic as a punishment for coming in last place in fantasy football. Turns out losing was the best thing to happen to me. His material covers dating disasters, being the token Black friend in predominately White spaces, and navigating life as someone who’s perpetually confused by social interactions. He has perfomed all over the Bay Area and is also the co host of the Black & Mild Podcast.
Kathy Klotz-Guest (often referred to as Kathy Guest) is a stand-up comedian, improv performer, author, and keynote speaker who specializes in using humor to improve corporate culture and leadership. With a background in Silicon Valley marketing, she blends her experience in tech with over 20 years of comedy training to help organizations foster psychological safety, trust, and creativity.
Jeremy Eduardo Talamantes is an L.A based comedian born and raised in the Bay Area. The day this goofy dude dropped out of community college he solemnly swore to make people laugh for the rest of his life. Half Mexican, half White and funny through and through he has traveled most of the United States of America to uphold his solemn oath. Not to compare him to Stan Lee or anything, but he writes AND draws comic books, working on Tales of the MUSCLE C.O.R.E with his brother and contributing cartoons to the widely popular underground comix anthology SCARFFF. Not only that he is the co-producer of THE ART CRITIQUE COMEDY SHOW, where comedians discuss and make fun of thrift-store paintings.
