🐜 Protect Your Clients — and Your Closings — from Hidden Wood Damage
Termites, beetles, fungi—oh my! This 2-hour Continuing Education course (CEE 4011) gives real estate professionals the essential knowledge to identify, understand, and communicate about wood destroying organisms (WDOs) without panic or misinformation.
In this class, you’ll see real-life samples of insect and moisture-damaged wood, learn what a CL100 report really means, and understand how to handle termite issues calmly and professionally—because knowledge is your best line of defense.
