Wonders of Wildlife celebrates the amazing animals and plants that call our community home. Bring the whole family and spend time exploring, learning and connecting with the natural world around you.Stroll the lovely demonstration garden and Nature Explore Classroom at the Plano Environmental Education Center. Visit a variety of hands-on activity stations focused on native wildlife, native plants, gardening and nature education. Learn about our furry and feathered friends, creepy-crawler companions and slithery and slimy sidekicks. Discover how these animals live and thrive, how native plants support healthy ecosystems and how you can make a difference at home. Meet local organizations and experts who are passionate about conservation. Ask questions, try activities and learn about ways you can get involved in protecting and supporting nature in our community.
