What does it mean to live in a female body today? What are you ready to release, and what do you long to embody?
Week 2: Wild
Awaken the untamed energy within you. What would it look like to live more freely, more fully?
Week 3: Power
Reconnect to your personal power. Explore what it means to live with strength, grace, and inner authority.
Week 4: Beauty
Redefine beauty on your own terms. Embrace the radiance that lives in you and all around you.
Weeks 5: Body
Soften the inner resistance and begin to see your body through the eyes of the heart. How would it be to live in your body from a place of love and reverence?
Week 6: Integration
We integrate, celebrate, and deepen. These final sessions will be tailored to the group’s journey, with time for reflection, ritual, and honoring how far you’ve come.
