I will be hosting this event with some amazing women to bring you ideas and tools to take away for your personal health and wellbeing.Bring your yoga mat as on the day we will look at how to strengthen our pelvic floor, healthy metabolism for female health and hormones, herbs for menopause and Fertility taking us to a tea ceremony, beautiful crystals that support women, breath work, how to meditate, connecting to Reiki, acupressure for self-care at home and natural products and experiencing a sound bath.
My aim is to introduce women to things they may or may not have tried before that they can take home and practice for their own self-care and help their personal health and well-being.
Tickets are now available at £50 per person(nonrefundable), you can buy tickets on Eventbrite or to register please email [email protected] and you will be sent payment details with a few questions to fill-in to make sure you get the most out of your afternoon with us. On receipt of payment you will be issued your ticket which must be brought to the event to redeem your gift bag with some selfcare tools to take home!
