A nurturing circle offering connection, shared understanding, and space to simply be yourself.Life as a woman can be full, busy and demanding. Many of us spend so much time caring, doing and holding it all together that we lose touch with ourselves and with genuine connection.
This Women’s Wellbeing Circle is a chance to pause. To step out of the noise of everyday life and into a supportive space where you can rest, be heard, and simply be you.
This monthly circle offers a gentle, nurturing environment where women can connect with others, share if they wish, and feel supported without pressure, fixing or judgement. You do not need to have anything worked out. You do not need to be “okay”. You are welcome exactly as you are.
You’ll be welcomed with a herbal tea on arrival, offering a moment to settle, soften, and arrive before we begin.
Each gathering will have a soft theme to support emotional wellbeing, connection and self awareness. There will be space to talk, listen, reflect, or simply sit quietly and receive.
We will close each session with a calming guided meditation and a short sound experience* to help your nervous system settle and support you in reconnecting with yourself.
What to expect:
• A calm, welcoming and non judgemental space
• Gentle discussion and shared understanding
• A sense of community and connection
• Guided meditation
• Soothing sound healing such as bowls or gentle instruments*
*Please note in order to keep everyone safe, the sound element will be included only if no one present has any contraindications.
This circle is for:
Women who are craving connection, space, and the permission to just be themselves. No prior experience with meditation or healing is needed.
My therapy room is upstairs and is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with poor mobility.
This is an adults only space. Please do not bring children.
