Women’s Self Defense Workshop

This 90-minute Women’s Self Defense Workshop, led by Jasmine Guzman, founder of Fight Tribe LA, focuses on practical techniques to help prevent and defend against the most common types of assaults on women. Designed for all experience levels, this class emphasizes awareness, confidence, and effective self defense strategies in a supportive environment.

Techniques covered include:

• Basic strikes
• Front choke defense (standing)
• Choke defense from the ground
• Situational awareness and threat recognition
• Practice using pepper spray (water-based spray provided)
