‘Building Connection to Nature'- Ladies Sunset Beach session 🏖 🌊
This beach session will look at how strong and resilient we are, like the rocks, shells and stones on the beach.
Please feel free to bring a flask or alcoholic beverage 😆 and a blanket.
It’s a chance to connect to other women and give ourselves some much needed self care.
This shorter session is just £14 and lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and will include 3 short mindfulness practices to increase our appreciation of what we can find on the beach.
Session will be held opposite Uncle Toms car park.
