About this Event
Join us at Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church for a day of empowering discussions and valuable insights. This in-person event aims to provide a safe space for women to come together, share experiences, and learn strategies for enhancing mental well-being. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with other women and gain valuable tools for building resilience.
The Women’s Mental Health Forum: Building Resilience and Insight for Every Woman at Every Age will offer insight on the unique mental health challenges (and resources available) during adolescent, perinatal, and geriatric stages of a woman’s life. At this forum, you will:
- Learn about how values clarification and committed action can help women at all life stages to cope with a broad range of challenges.
- Hear from experts in the field of women’s mental health, including specialists in women’s mental health from UAMS’ Psychiatric Research Institute.
- Learn about various local organizations that are helping women meet the challenges they face.
