The sessions invite women of all ages, professions and nationalities living in Latvia - including newcomers from non-European countries and local participants.

Each gathering will include:
- guided movement sessions
- informal Contemporary Integration Club conversations
- discussions on culture, everyday life, belonging and community
Alongside the shared movement practice, the initiative aims to create a supportive environment for exchange, mutual care and new social connections, strengthening participants’ sense of belonging and community.
Places are limited, and priority will be given to applicants able to participate throughout the full programme. Each participant will be contacted individually by the project team.

The project “Appendix – a Cut into the Side Currents” is implemented with financial support from the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), Specific Objective No. 2 “Legal migration and integration”, Activity No. 13.3 “Integration measures for third-country nationals that promote the target group’s inclusion in society” / “Activities ensuring an innovative approach to promoting integration processes”.
The responsible authority in Latvia is the Ministry of the Interior, and the delegated authority for integration matters is the Ministry of Culture. Grant Agreement No. PMIF/13.3./2025/1/05. The total project budget is EUR 99,999.76, consisting of 75% funding from the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund for the 2021–2027 programming period and 25% co-financing from the state budget.
