This Women’s Healing Circle is a warm, grounded, in-person space created for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and be held in community.
Held by Nisha of Inner Space Therapy, in collaboration with Brum Circle, this circle has been lovingly developed through shared conversations, experience, and a deep commitment to creating safe, meaningful spaces for healing.
Drawing on the ancient tradition of healing circles, where people come together to be seen, heard, and supported, this space is gently blended with modern therapeutic understanding and nervous system awareness.
The intention is simple: to offer women a place to arrive exactly as they are.
There is no pressure to perform or “fix” anything. This is a space for honesty, reflection, softness, and connection, held with care, consent, and compassion.
Nisha will be holding the circle independently on the evening, with Brum Circle supporting the wider container and community. Together, we’ve shaped this offering using Brum Circle’s experience of running circles alongside Nisha’s therapeutic training and embodied healing work.
We’re really excited to bring this to Birmingham.
Who This Is For
This circle is for women who are:
• Carrying emotional load, stress, or anxiety
• Navigating change or life transitions
• Seeking deeper connection with themselves or others
• Curious about healing in community
• Simply wanting a calm, supportive space to land
No previous experience is needed — just a willingness to show up as you are.
This is a women-only space.
About the Facilitator
Nisha is the founder of Inner Space Therapy and supports women to break free from anxiety, emotional burnout, and deep-rooted patterns shaped by family dynamics and years of putting others first.
Her work blends psychotherapy, somatic healing, hypnotherapy, and trauma-informed coaching, helping women move beyond symptom management and into deeper emotional connection and self-trust.
Nisha brings a gentle, grounded presence to her work, creating spaces where women feel safe to explore what’s beneath the surface.
