About this Event
Women’s Circle: Joy as a Practice
This Women’s Circle is a gentle and inclusive space designed to invite lightness, playfulness, and authentic connection.
It’s a space where nothing is required of you. The circle is held in a way that allows women to settle into themselves, whether through reflection, sharing, creative expression, or simply being present. Joy in this circle isn’t something forced, it emerges naturally when there is safety, presence, and care.
The evening begins with a short grounding exercise to help everyone arrive and settle. We’ll then share prompts, reflections, and experiences in the circle, encouraging connection, laughter, and authentic sharing. Activities may include creative expression or heart-centered conversation, all designed to help you tune into what brings joy in your life.
This is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be uplifted by the energy of others. By the end of the evening, you’ll have the chance to enjoy a nourishing plant-based dinner and dessert, creating a moment of shared presence and celebration.
Meet Rasesvari, your host
Rasesvari (pronounced Rah-say-shwari) has always felt a deep connection to healing, the inner world, and what helps people feel aligned and well. Growing up, she spent many hours exploring philosophy, plants, and anything that felt meaningful or life-giving. Her path has taken her through six years in an ashram focused on self-development and spiritual life, where she explored meditation, self-healing, and personal growth.
