About this Event

Welcome to the Reloved Women’s Circle event happening at Yoga Den on 1 February 2026 at 10:00 am.

Join us for a morning of connection, empowerment, and self-care. This circle is a safe space for women to come together, share their stories, and support each other on their journeys.

It's designed for women who want to step out of the busyness of everyday life and reconnect - with themselves and with others.

Each circle offers the opportunity to slow down, reflect and connect with other women in a calm, safe and non-judgemental environment. Allowing you to pause, breathe and come back to yourself.

This circle is for you if…
You’re feeling a little disconnected, craving time away from the demands of everyday life, or simply drawn to gathering with like-minded women. There’s no pressure to share – you’re free to speak, listen or simply be.

What happens during the session?

We gather to set gentle intentions, share our stories, and explore simple themes. We close with a quiet ritual, leaving space to be seen, breathe, and feel renewed.
