In this sacred circle, you are welcomed exactly as you are - free from judgement or expectation. It’s a space to pause, reconnect, and remember who you are beneath the noise. Through heartfelt sharing we create a gentle, grounded space to heal, grow, and uplift one another.
We will start with a mediation to ground into the space and there will be space for each woman to share what’s on her heart, followed by a group intention practice..
Chai tea will be provided to nourish and ground you.
This is a small, intimate gathering, limited to just 10 women to allow for depth and connection.
Whether you’re navigating change, seeking community, or simply craving time for you, this is your invitation to honour yourself in a way that feels deeply supportive and real. You don’t have to do it all alone.
