About Kristina Shea
Kristina Shea is an AI strategist, governance advisor, and founder of WomenUp™ — where AI meets ambition and impact.
She works at the intersection of executive positioning, AI adoption, and strategic visibility, helping leaders integrate AI thoughtfully and responsibly into real business infrastructure.
A graduate of the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management in Generative & Agentic AI for Business, Kristina brings both technical insight and business leadership experience. She serves as a Director with the Burlington Chamber of Commerce and advises organizations on AI positioning and governance strategy.
She is also the host of The Kristina Shea Show, exploring AI, leadership, and ambition with founders and global thinkers shaping the future of business.
