Join me for a relaxing and transformative 6-week yoga journey. Every Thursday evening 7.30-8.30PM. This series is your time to feel embodied, grounded and connected to your inner wisdom, surrounded by the strength of sisterhood.What You'll Experience:
- Feeling Safe & Grounded: Each session will help you feel at home in your body. We’ll do gentle, empowering poses, channeled for the female body, to cultivate stability and ease.
-Connecting to Your Feminine Wisdom: Explore practices that awaken your intuition and inner strength. Embrace your unique power and wisdom.
- Building Community: Connect with other women in a supportive and nurturing environment. Share experiences, listen, and grow together.
- Emotional Awareness: Learn to notice and honour your emotions with mindful movement, meditation, breathwork and relaxation. Develop a deeper understanding of your emotional landscape.
- Embodiment Practices: Move beyond just the physical. The practices will allow you cultivate a deep connection to yourself and your inner world.
This series is open to all women in any stage of life, whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Everyone is welcome.
What to Bring:
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement
- Yoga mat if you have one (we have some at the studio if not)
- Journal and pen
- Blanket/pillows for relaxation if desired
- An open heart and mind
Location:
Yogacita Studio, Watkinson Street, Liverpool.
There is free on-street parking in the white bays throughout the baltic area.
Please arrive in plenty of time for a punctual start at 7.30pm
