Info: Get ready to enter a guided reflection space featuring thoughtful writing prompts designed to help you release, reconnect, and freely express yourself in a safe and supportive environment. No writing experience needed - just bring an open mind. Small journals and pens will be included in swag bag. If you would like to bring your own journal that is also encouraged!

Info: A safe, open space to share pieces written during the Write & Release session. This is a gentle moment of expression, reflection, and being heard - no pressure, just presence. You do not have to share your piece if you are not comfortable.

Info: Move through a gentle yoga flow and sink into an immersive sound bath led by the amazing Phoenix Soul. A grounding experience to relax the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect within. Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat & water. Sanitation supplies will be provided.
