Join us for a nurturing Women’s Wellness Workshop Day, designed to support women through every life stage.
Enjoy gentle yin yoga, an insightful talk on women’s hormones across the life stages and natural ways to support them, guidance on foods that nourish and balance the body, and a deeply restorative sound healing session for deep rest and reset.
Come for a single session that calls to you, or stay and enjoy the full day of connection, learning, and care.
