experience is over.

This powerful third workshop in the Reclaiming Radiance: A Women’s Wellness Series is an

invitation to reconnect with your inner child, restore your nervous system, and begin the journey

of true, embodied healing.

Led by clinical hypnotherapist Lani Gonzales, and functional medicine practitioner Laura

Salamido, this session blends subconscious healing, functional medicine, and movement-based

release to help you feel safe in your body again.

Together, we’ll explore:

• Subconscious Reprogramming – Hypnosis to heal the inner child, restore a sense of safety,

and resolve trauma at its root

• Functional Medicine Insights – Understand how trauma dysregulates the nervous system and

impacts gut health, hormones, and immune function through the brain-gut-immune axis

• Somatic Movement & Sound – Gentle trauma release exercises (TRE), shaking, and

integration practices to help the body discharge stored stress and shift out of survival mode

• A Nourishing Farm-to-Table Meal – Intentionally prepared to support healing on a cellular

and emotional level
