Women's Wellbeing Circle HORSHAM

We come together to give ourselves time, space and nourishment to express what needs to be expressed in a brave space.

Sitting shoulder to shoulder with other women.

Providing a confidential, nurturing space for women to gather together in community to learn from each other, share together and uplift each other.

Each month we will enjoy a different well-being practise together covering areas like seated yoga and gentle movement, meditation, Ayurveda, mindfulness, breathwork, reflection, journaling, yoga nidra …and more.

Gentle, tender ways to rejuvenate and nourish our bodies and nervous systems, allowing us all to tap into simple yet potent practises to bring deep calm, confidence and intuition into our work, personal life and play.

We’ll gather around the fire (candlelight) to talk and share, creating a sense of connection and belonging. It's a place to speak freely and be truly heard. A gentle place of belonging and shared vulnerability.

All women of all backgrounds are welcome - all sexualities, religions and beliefs.

Practicalities

Parking - There is free parking available on site

What to bring? Yourself, just as you are,and a notebook and pen. Please also bring something to sit on, a cushion or a bolster. Chairs are available too.

Refreshments - We have access to a small kitchen and will be able to prepare our own hot or cold drinks

⚪ Confidentiality. Anything that is shared in circle, stays in circle. Stories are not for retelling outside the circle. We honor the trust that's been offered.

⚪ Deep listening. It's a gift to be truly heard and witnessed without an offering of advise.

⚪ Silent recognition. When something touches you, a hand to your heart is more than enough to say, I'm with you. Speak from your own lived experience, rather than replying to someone else’s share.

⚪Speaking. Whether you feel moved to speak or just would prefer to sit in stillness, you’re welcome. There’s no pressure—only permission to care for yourself, however that looks for you today.

⚪️ Tickets. There are a small number of lower priced concession tickets for those experiencing financial hardship. Please only purchase these tickets, if that applies to you.

What brings me here?

It’s a strong magnetic pull, a longing, a kind of knowing that this work is important and relevant right now. I am very used to leading large groups and teaching workshops and intimate one-to-one work with Coaching clients and those interested in yoga, meditation and Ayurveda. However this is very different. I am not the leader of these Circles, I am merely the facilitator and we create this growing community together.
