About this Event
Mental Wealth London provides safe spaces for art for mindfulness and wellbeing. We host drop-in art sessions for women who have experienced challenges with their mental health or identify with the need for some time during the week to engage in a creative activity to help relax and manage daily stressors.
We are back with our new venue The Hub on Bonar Road for our Women's Wellbeing Art Club.
As usual this is a ticketed drop-in session and you can stay as long as you would like, please register before you attend so we can keep track of numbers and ensure a relaxing experience with the appropriate resources. If you can't attend the session please return your ticket to give others an opportunity to attend. Last admissions will be 2pm to ensure you have enough time to complete your artwork.
You will find us on the ground floor in our new space The Hub, there is step free access to the building.
