A women-only guided hike led by experienced and capable female TrailBound Project instructors and guides. It's an opportunity for women to connect with other women who share a love for the outdoors and want to forge friendships for future adventures and be a part of the women's outdoor community. It also allows a safe environment to focus on female-centric topics that matter to them.
Mt Minsi is the sister mountain, on the PA side of the Delaware Water Gap, to Mt Tammany on the NJ side. We'll be leaving the trailhead at 4:00am sharp to get to the top of Mt Minsi with plenty of time for the whole sunrise show. Hiking up on a Wednesday morning will keep the park visitors to a minimum offering us a quieter and more peaceful hike. This moderate to challenging level hike is a 5-mile loop with about 1,100’ of elevation up and down that we'll take at a leisurely pace to be back at our vehicles by 9:30am.
