I invite women of all ages to join us as we dance through Waves of the 5Rhythms together. I'm offering this day as two linked sessions that can be taken together, or if you can't commit to the whole day you're welcome to join us for one of the sessions. The first starts at 11am and finishes at 1.30pm. We'll break for a shared lunch. The second session starts at 2.30pm and finishes at 5pm. In each session we'll dance through Waves of the 5Rhythms and we'll hold a talking circle.
For women dancing both sessions there will be a narrative thread that links the sessions through the day.
The price for the whole day is £40/£30.
The price for one session is £20/£15.
