Womens Walk at Greenock Cut with Bonnie Boots

This walk will be led by a trained walk leader alongside stewards who will ensure the groups safety during this excursion.

This extended circuit from the World Heritage Site of New Lanark visits the spectacular Falls of Clyde from both banks of the fine wooded gorge - combining the two shorter circuits on either side and a section of the Clyde Walkway to make a full loop.

Walk highlands rates this walk as a grade 2 (6.25 miles in total, approx3.5 hours). Please ensure you conduct your own research prior to attending this walk.

Date/Timings

• Saturday 20th April 2024
• Arrive at meeting point (33 Scotland Street, Glasgow, G5 8NB) at 8:45am
• Minibus departs from Super Soccer, 33 Scotland street promptly at 9am (Arrive at meeting point (33 Scotland Street, Glasgow, G5 8NB)
• Finish walk for approx 2pm

What should you bring?

• Comfortable walking shoes
• Comfortable loose clothing (breathable, waterproofs)
• Snacks, healthy lunch and water
• Any Medic*tion (if applicable)

Once you book what happens?

You will receive a confirmation email from eventbrite. Boots & Beards support will add you to a Whatsapp Group before the scheduled walk where we will share further details about the walk and answer any questions participants may have.
