The event will feature speakers, musical selections Dept of Veterans Affairs Benefits and Resources information, Tributes to Fallen Military Women, housing Referrals and updates on the status of NC Women Veterans License Plate Bill 427 which will honor the 90,000 military women in North Carolina.
Meet the Host: Barbara & Maya Marshall- One is a Former US Navy Chaplain who offered counseling services and pastoral support for military personnel. The other is a US Army Combat Veteran who deployed to Afghanistan and returned with PTSD and other service connected disabilities.
