About MC Stone:
MC is dedicated to helping women cultivate strength, confidence, and resilience—both on and off the mat. A Black Belt in Taekwondo and Hapkido, with expertise in alternative martial arts and multiple national and world championship titles, MC has spent years training in self-defense, not just as a physical skill, but as a transformational mindset—one that allows women to move through life without fear, with unwavering confidence, and claim ownership of their power.
Before stepping into her purpose & passion full-time, MC built a successful career in Business Management & Leadership—leading teams, driving results, and navigating the high-pressure demands of in corporate environment. Through that experience, she witnessed the challenges women face—asserting their voice in boardrooms, setting boundaries, and owning their power. While thriving in leadership, she felt a deeper calling: to help women do more than just navigate these spaces, but to step into them with confidence, strength, self-assurance and an unshakable sense of self-worth. Recognizing the need for both practical self-defense and inner confidence, she left the corporate world to pursue her true passion: empowering women through self-defense, leadership development, and a B.O.S.S. UP mindset.
