Welcome to The Power of the Subconscious, an immersive workshop designed specifically for women to reclaim their inner calm and mental clarity. In our fast-paced lives, we often operate in a state of "High Beta," where our brains are constantly scanning for the next task, leading to burnout and fatigue.
This presentation pulls back the curtain on the science of relaxation, explaining how hypnotherapy allows us to shift our brainwaves from a stressed, analytical state into the healing frequencies of Alpha and Theta.
We will explore the difference between hypnosis (the state of relaxation) and hypnotherapy (the tool for change). Using clinical techniques like Age Regression and Inner Child work, we will journey into an Inner Sanctuary to shed the labels of daily roles - mother, partner, professional - and reconnect with your most authentic self.
This is for all my soul sisters that are searching, want to grow spiritually, share, evolve, connect, inspire and be inspired and it doesn’t matter if you are young, wild or mature.
