‘Building Connection to Nature'- Ladies Sunset Beach session 🏖 🌊
This beach session will continue with the theme of using the components of the beach to learn about ourselves.
This one will focus on the amazing adaptability of sand and what we can learn from it as we adapt to change in our life.
Please feel free to bring a flask or alcoholic beverage 😆 and a blanket. Its a chance to connect to other women and give ourselves some much needed self care at this very difficult time.
This shorter session is just £14 and lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and will include 3 short mindfulness practices to increase our appreciation of what we can find on the beach.
Session will be held opposite Uncle Toms car park.
