About this Event
In conjunction with the YMCA, join us for a Women’s Strength Training workshop as we discover why and how strength training is vital for women. It will involve a brief education on the topic and some beginner friendly exercises.
This session is suitable for everyone, particularly if you've never participated in strength training before or have questions about strength training for women.
There will be an opportunity for questions and a discussion at the end of the session.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided, offering you a chance to connect and socialise with other women in the community.
Suitable for all fitness levels and adults aged 18+ years.
