Women's Step Fitness Class - 3rd Session

Join us on Monday evenings for our brand-new Women Who Can Step Fitness sessions - a fun, beginner-friendly workout designed to help you move, sweat, and feel amazing.

Funded by Sport England, these sessions are all about feeling strong, boosting your energy, and building confidence - surrounded by a supportive community of women who get it.

What to Expect:

A lively step-based fitness session combining easy-to-follow routines, great music, and plenty of encouragement. You’ll move at your own pace, work up a sweat, and leave feeling empowered and energised.

No experience needed - just bring yourself, comfy trainers, and all your good vibes!

We’ll provide the step platforms, music, water, and the feel-good atmosphere - you just bring your energy (and maybe a towel if you think you’ll need it!).

Main Details:

📍 Create Studios (Studio 5), Leicester

🕕 Doors open: 6:45pm

🏋️‍♀️ Session runs: from 7:00pm for approx 45mins

🥤 Light refreshments served at the end

Eligibility & How It Works:

These sessions are free to attend thanks to funding from Sport England, but spaces are limited and eligibility applies.

1. Women must be based in Leicester or Leicestershire
2. Priority spaces are given to women aged 18–35
3. A small number of places are available for women aged 35+
4. Tickets released two weeks before each session
5. If you miss or cancel three or more sessions without letting us know at least 12 hours in advance, you may lose your place at future sessions

This is part of our 12-month Women Who Can Move Together initiative - empowering women to feel strong, capable, and connected through movement.

By signing up to this, or any other Women Who Can event, you’ll automatically join our Women Who Can Community, if eligible.
