Retreat Schedule
1:00–1:15 PM – Welcome with Tea & Light Refreshments
Ease into the afternoon with warm tea, light bites, and gentle connection.
1:15–2:15 PM – Guided Meditation & Journaling
Settle into stillness with a grounding meditation, followed by reflective journaling to awaken your inner voice.
2:15–3:15 PM – Energizing Movement & Deep Stillness
Flow through an invigorating and accessible movement practice to awaken the body, followed by deep rest to integrate and renew.
3:15–4:45 PM – Loving Yourself Back to Life
A heart-opening journey of self-love, compassion, and emotional restoration through guided practices and mindful sharing.
4:45–5:00 PM – Closing Reflection
Seal the experience with intention, gratitude, and space to carry your insights forward.
