Are you looking for a whole day to slow down, rest and recover from everyday life in a safe, welcoming and nurturing space?
Using ancient Yoga Nidra to guide us into three Yogic naps, themed, rest, Release and Balance. You will be sent to a liminal restful conscious sleep where you can let go of your mind and body and enter a place to recharge your energy and come out feeling lighter and clearer.
Will will be held in circle during this day and there will be seasonal crafts and sweet offerings with tea to end the day. There will be moments to journal, draw, read or whatever you feel you need.
No experience needed, just yourself, cosy cushions and blankets and let me do the rest
