The sessions will start with a somatic practice especially designed for women. We'll cover themes related to our monthly cycle and the female nervous system, learning how to cultivate more balance throughout the month. We'll do some reflection & (optional) sharing. In the end of the sessions we'll have some free time to connect with each other a little more.

About the facilitator
Titta is a women's work facilitator and ICF-certified somatic coach specialising in the female nervous system. She's guided group work in the field mindfulness for 5+ years. In her work she helps women in restoring relationship with their bodies and emotions while learning to live in sync with their natural rhythms. Her sessions are trauma-informed safe spaces for you to come as you are and explore your connection with your soma.

You're welcome to drop in just once or for the whole season, just keep in mind that you'll have to book a ticket for each session separately.
There's no dates for June as it's reserved for our Summer Solstice gathering—be sure to check it out as well!
The exact location will be shared on a WhatsApp group close to date. When you book a ticket we'll ask you to provide your phone number so we'll be able to reach you.
Please bring with you a blanket or a yoga mat to sit and practice on (either is fine), a bottle of water, your journal and a pen and anything else to make you feel comfortable.
If the weather doesn't allow us to meet, the session will be postponed to the following week or you can choose to join one of the future sessions.
