Since November 2025, our monthly Women’s Social has been a sanctuary for women who know they are capable of more. This is first and foremost a dedicated social space—a supportive, no-judgment environment where you can build genuine, growth-minded friendships.

We are honored to welcome Melissa Chamberlain, a veteran leader with a remarkable, resilient career path that spans over four decades.

Her session is a rare opportunity to learn from a mentor who has mastered decades of change. Melissa began with a 10-year foundation in Airline Marketing, mastering customer engagement. She then made a powerful pivot, dedicating the next 25+ years to building a high-level career in Sales and Sales Management.

After retiring from that successful chapter, Melissa made the bold choice to return to the workforce six years ago. Today, she continues to thrive, proving that growth has no expiration date. Her session will focus on relationship-building, the power of determination, and the lessons she has learned that apply to every woman ready to take her own next step.
