Join us on the weekend of International Women’s Day, for a heart-opening Singing Circle & Soundbath—a gathering to honour our voices, our sisterhood, and the power of deep relaxation through sound.🌿 The Journey:
🔸 Opening Circle & Nourishment – We will begin with a warm cup of Rose tea—a plant ally known for it's heart opening & relaxing properties, preparing us for an afternoon of deep connection. We'll also be sharing some delicious & homemade vegan flapjacks for you to indulge in!
🔸 Singing Circle – Open your voice & express yourself with joy, as we sing drumming songs, medicine songs, and well-loved anthems celebrating feminine power. No experience is needed—just an open heart and a desire to express.
🔸 Soundbath & Vocal Journey – We will weave our voices in harmony, offering prayers in Sanskrit and Arabic, accompanied by the rich tones of the Shruti box, Gong, Flutes, Crystal bowls, drums, and percussion—inviting deep rest, renewal, and inner stillness.
