WHO IS YOUR FACILITATOR?

I have been part of the Women's Sharing Circle community since 2022. The circles have been a steady part in some very transformative years for me. The sisterhood, the support and the inspiration have helped me become who I am today. And at the end of 2024 I felt called to step into a facilitator and supportive role for this community. I am inspired by the women I meet and the space we create and I am truly honoured to be your facilitator 🫂

🌙THEME: Identity
The answer to “who am I?” changes in the phases of our life’s. We take on different and multiple roles. Some we choose ourselves, some assigned to us and some we feel boxed into. And it’s not always easy to know who we want to be or how to be someone else. Especially in transformative or transitional times. This circle gives you the opportunity to reflect on your identify. Not just who you are but who you want to be. Through relational, self-reflecting and sharing practices we will try to get more clarity on how we want to identify. This can be everything from societal, gender and relational roles to adjectives describing you.

3) Speak with self-awareness

🔥 WHY COME TO THE WOMEN’S SHARING CIRCLE:
A women's sharing circle is about coming together with our authentic selves and powerful stories with no labels or judgment. We gather the many beautiful and unique faces of women to share our collective identity as a multi-dimensional sisterhood.
This is an opportunity to take off the titles of attentive mom, strong business woman, high-achieving student, dutiful wife, etc. And instead, discover who you are underneath it all. You can expect your deepest expression to be fully heard, enjoy partner activities to expand your self-awareness, receive self-care/love tips to take home, shared group experiences that invoke sisterhood, and a more meaningful perspective on what it means to be a woman in today’s society.
Our circles are ‘brave spaces’, where we support each other to hold ourselves fully with whatever we bring. This environment encourages self-responsibility, which ultimately helps us show up for others in the most genuine way. Please reach out if you have any questions 🤗
