This empowering workshop focuses on mental preparation and basic jiu jitsu leverage techniques to help women overcome size and strength differences. You'll partner with other women and explore realistic, coach guided scenarios that build confidence, situational awareness, and practical self defense skills.The goal: to help you recognize that you are CAPABLE, and to reduce the fear around "flipping the switch" to defend yourself if necessary.
No experience required and participate at your own pace according to your own needs.
