With the constant daily positive changes in the world, so are there negative impacts at the same time. Unfortunately, one of them is crime and crime does not discriminate against age, gender or status. You and you alone are accountable for your own safety at all times. The workplace, police and community are obligated to put protective measures into place but at the end of the day, you have to move your own feet and ensure you choose the correct path of safety, because that is what everyone will do in an emergency. But when you are on your own, there is no-one to come to your assistance.

We have trained women with vast backgrounds and ages, it’s not always about the technique, we also mentally prepare you to defend yourself and put you as the priority.

Your instructor’s background is in Law Enforcement in a violent country, Bodyguard, Security professional and consultant and trained over 3500 women in the past 4 years. Vince May also trains Community Policing members and Law Enforcement internationally.

Be prepared for a huge mindset shift on what True Self Defense is.
