What You’ll Learn
Self-defense physical techniques, principles, strikes, and weapons
Techniques to increase situational awareness
Mental and emotional preparation, boundary setting
Risk reduction and avoidance
Scenario specific defenses – standing and ground defenses
Hands-on practice and drills to protect yourself in real-life scenarios
Instructors
Led by Colleen & Chad Moore, Instructors at Warriors Academy of Martial Arts in Mount Horeb, WI and who are a husband-and-wife team. Both are Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do, train in Brazilian Jujitsu and Kickboxing, and are passionate about teaching self-defense to anyone willing to learn.
Who Can Join?
Open to all women, ages 13+ | No prior experience required.
What to Wear/Bring:
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Water bottle & towel
• An open mind and positive attitude!

Additional Notes
• Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.
• This is a hands-on learning experience. Participants will be paired with a practice partner to apply and practice the techniques that are covered. This allows you to engage fully and gain a realistic understanding of each move in a safe, supportive environment.
