Women's Self Defense - On the Ground

Join the Endeavor staff for two full hours of hands on self defense training.

For this seminar we're focusing on ground considerations.

We'll cover the fundamentals of striking, dealing with grabs, moving on the ground, and learn to better protect yourself. Discover your strength, and gain the confidence you need to fight back.

This class will be almost entirely hands on, so wear comfortable clothes and come prepared to train. We make serious training fun, so you can expect to have a blast while learning skills that may potentially save your life.

No experience necessary! Ages 14 and up welcome.
