Let the amazing instructors at Tampa Bay Krav Maga teach you the moves that every woman needs to know! Class will start with punches, then build on new skills. A variety of scenarios and techniques will be presented, with time for Q & A at the end.
This class will be geared so women of all fitness levels can participate. No need for previous martial arts experience - plenty of assistance and review is given. Wear comfortable athletic clothing.
