Women's Self Defense Class

Ready to boost your confidence and learn some practical self defense moves? Join us for an in-person class designed just for women! It’s super friendly and perfect for all skill levels. Come meet new people, have fun, and empower yourself with skills that really matter. Don’t miss out on this awesome chance to feel safer and stronger!

Info: Check in to the class, sign your waiver and meet some of your classmates before hands on teaching starts at 3:00pm. Use this time to remove your shoes, change into socks/bare feet, and secure personal items. Use this time to pre-order your complimentary beverage from Brewella if you need to leave soon after class ends. Please note: This is event is for ages 16+. Attendees under the age of 18 must have signed parental consent by parent or legal guardian to participate.

Info: After a couple of quick announcements, the instructors at No Joke Mixed Martial Arts will guide you and your classmates from the beginning to the end of class. Please note: You will be paired up with another student at various times during the training. This class is taught entirely on mats. NO SHOES allowed. Sock feet and bare feet are allowed.
