**Event Description:**
Empower yourself with essential self-defense skills in our Women’s Self-Defense Classes! 💪 Join us every Wednesday for engaging and practical sessions designed to boost your confidence, safety, and awareness.

**Class Schedule:**
- **First and Third Wednesdays of the Month:**
- **North Location:**
- 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- **Location:** Tiemeyer Park, under the pavilion on the left-hand side.

- **Second and Fourth Wednesdays of the Month:**
- **South Location:**
- 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- **Location:** Cricket Field, across from Forest Park Tennis Court.

**Cost:** $25 per class

These classes are perfect for women of all fitness levels and backgrounds who want to learn valuable self-defense techniques in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our experienced instructor will guide you through practical moves and strategies to help you stay safe and prepared in any situation.
