In this 2-hour women's self-defense class, you'll explore the foundations of personal safety through 3 essential areas: situational awareness/avoidance, self-defense tools, and physical self-defense skills.
We'll discuss how to recognize and avoid potential threats early, improve your ability to stay aware of your surroundings, and make safer decisions before a situation escalates. You'll learn about lethal and non-lethal weapons, including the pros, cons, and real-world considerations of different tools so you can make informed choices that fit your comfort level and lifestyle.
The class also includes hands-on physical self-defense techniques designed to help you respond effectively if avoidance is no longer possible. Skills are beginner-friendly, practical, and focused on simple movements that work under stress.
Whether you're completely new to self-defense or looking to strengthen your existing skills, this workshop will leave you feelingm ore prepared, capable, and confident.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance of a class date may transfer to a future class (one time) or receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 72 hours before the class will not be refunded. Instructor reserves the right to reschedule class for less than 3 students with 24 hours notice.
