About this Event
It is designed to help women confidently recognize when a situation is truly unsafe—and to trust their instincts without hesitation or self-doubt. Moving beyond traditional self-defense, the program focuses on situational awareness, behavioral cues, and decision-making in real-world scenarios.
Participants will gain practical knowledge and skills to answer critical questions many women face:
- What should I be looking for in a potentially dangerous situation?
- When do warning signs matter most?
- How can I confirm my instincts so I know I’m not overreacting?
The session will also include guidance on boundary-setting and simple, effective self-defense strategies that can be applied in everyday life.
