Women's Self-Defense & Awareness Workshop

This free workshop is designed to help participants build confidence, increase personal safety awareness, and learn practical self-defense strategies in a supportive environment.
Participants will:

🧠 Gain tools to feel more confident and prepared
🤝 Learn in a welcoming, encouraging setting
