Women's Self Defence Workshop Fundraiser for ToyBox Australia
Hey queens! As part of my Miss Universe Australia journey, I have the pleasure of raising funds for ToyBox Australia, which is a charity that helps to improve the lives of Australia's sick and disadvantaged children.
On April 12, we are raising money for ToyBox through an empowering self defence workshop that is designed specifically for women who want to enhance their personal safety and self defence skills.
The workshop is facilitated by Shellé Friedman, a Self Defence Instructor and Director of Live Safe Education, a leading provider of personal safety education and training in Australia.
Give back to charity, while learning practical skills and building confidence with a group of strong, like-minded women! All proceeds raised go to ToyBox Australia and it's amazing charity partners.
Your ticket includes:
- A 90-minute self-defence session, focusing on physical movements to leave you feeling more confident and empowered.
- A chance to go in the draw to win a BUNCH of vouchers and raffle prizes, including a $200 Swimwear Galore voucher, $270 Upstate Studios voucher, $150 Mahli The Label voucher, and many more!
- Post-session drinks and snacks to refuel and connect with like-minded women.
Please bring a water bottle, towel and yoga mat with you, and arrive 10 minutes early to sign the photography and medical waiver.
