Women's Restorative Yoga

This gentle, trauma-informed practice focuses on nervous system support, mindfulness and rest. During our restorative practice bolsters, blocks and blankets will be offered to support the body and increase comfort. This class embraces the core frameworks of trauma-informed care, including safety, trust, choice, and empowerment. The postures and sequences are crafted to support rest, release and recovery.

All levels welcome.
