Women's Outdoor Deep Stretch Yoga

Join us Sundays at 9:00 AM this summer for an outdoor yoga class series for women, focused on stretching, grounding, and nervous system support.

Led by Laura Hitchman of IAMBODHI YOGA, this class is perfect as an addition to your counseling jouny or your existing self-care routine.

• Sundays at 9:00 AM, beginning May 31st.
• Open to all women and abilities
• Suggested donation: $10 (Cash or Venmo) - Registration not required
• Limited number of mats provided (we recommend bringing a blanket/towel for extra cushion

Laura creates classes that are both grounding and deeply supportive. Her teaching style blends intentional, anatomy-informed instruction with thoughtful sequencing designed to help students safely access greater openness, release tension, and build trust in their bodies. Known for her encouraging presence and ability to make deeper shapes feel accessible, Laura’s class structure allows students to welcome stillness through guided breathwork, nervous system regulation, and an opportunity to reconnect to their bodies through thoughtful movement that feels sustainable from the inside out.
